The Well Home provides home inspections and interior design consultations to help you create a healthy and comfortable living environment that suits your personal needs and preferences. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay the fees for the services you request from us, as well as any applicable taxes and charges. You also agree to pay for any products or services that you purchase from third-party providers through our website or app. You authorize us to charge your payment method for these fees and payments. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date and accurate.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your service request at any time before we start the inspection or consultation. You will receive a full refund of the fees you paid for the service if the request is received more than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your service request within 2 weeks of your scheduled appointment or after we start the inspection or consultation, you will not receive a refund. However, you may reschedule your service for another date and time, subject to availability and our approval.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the service. We will try to resolve the issue and provide you with a satisfactory solution. If we are unable to do so, we may offer you a partial or full refund of the fees you paid for the service, at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Well Home owns all intellectual property rights in our website, app, services, and content, including but not limited to our name, logo, trademarks, designs, images, text, videos, audio, data, and software. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use any of these intellectual property rights without our prior written consent.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content that you submit or post on our website or app, such as reviews, feedback, photos, or videos. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
